Within 15 minutes of your purchase, you should receive a receipt from us that includes a link. It is automatically sent from our cart system, Thrivecart. If you didn’t see an email from us, please check your spam mailbox.
You will receive a receipt that looks something like this below:
Copy and paste the private classroom link into your browser and you will see a page that points you to our platform where the course is hosted. Below is an example of what that page looks like. Click on the blue button to set up an account and join the private classroom.
You first have to register for an account if you haven’t done so before. This will give you access to our free Community Lounge space and replays to the past Community Talks.
Once you’ve set up an account, you will see a screen to confirm your classroom access. You must click the button to confirm classroom access. There are step-by-step tutorials on your course access link webpage with photos that walk you through the entire process.
If you already set up an account before, then clicking the blue button on the webpage will take you directly to confirm the classroom access.
If you cannot figure out how to set up an account then access your private classroom, you will see step-by-step instructions with photos by scrolling down the page.
